Avenue's Founding Story

Avenue was born from a dream shared by three childhood friends—Stijn, Kenneth, and Hendrik—with the common ambition to revolutionize the real estate sector. Driven by a shared vision to truly put clients at the center, they used their years of experience at a publicly traded international company to take action.

With over ten years of expertise, they took a leap of faith. They joined forces and created a team of top real estate professionals, driven by a hands-on approach and an entrepreneurial mindset that truly helps clients move forward.

To ensure engagement and deliver exceptional results, they created a flat, flexible structure that fosters a dynamic environment for creativity and innovation.

Since April 2022, Isabelle has been bringing her infectious energy and determination to Avenue. Specializing in Out-of-Town Retail rentals, she works extremely hard to become the go-to person for retailers. Always eager to learn and never satisfied with a “no,” she is a vessel of energy that shines in her work every day.

Simon is a passionate retail consultant specializing in the sale of out of town retail properties. He has been part of the Avenue team since March 2024 and has already made his mark in the sector. The sale of Antwerp Tower, an iconic property in her home city of Antwerp-a project that perfectly combines her passion for real estate and her love for her city.

After studying Commercial Engineering, Karel found his passion in the dynamics of real estate.
