Kenneth is a born connector, founder of Avenue and the specialist in Out of Town Retail. He has been part of the Avenue team since day one and is determined to keep this fine group together and growing. As a music addict and Dj, he brings energy and harmony to every project.

Stijn is a driven entrepreneur with a strong focus on capital markets files within the real estate sector. His ambition? To be number one with Avenue. His years of experience as a dealmaker and his passion to make an impact in the sector make him a driving force behind Avenue.

Ann Sophie is a born dealmaker with sharp legal insight. After studying law at the VUB and obtaining a master’s degree in international law, she rounded off her expertise with a negotiation course at the London School of Economics. Her boundless energy and eagerness to learn make her a strong negotiator who is always looking to move forward. With her determination and warm personality, she naturally inspires confidence.

With a background in economics and experience at KPMG, Vincent combines his analytical acumen with a passion for inner-city retail real estate. Since January 2023, he has strengthened the Avenue team and works with ambition to stay at the top of the industry!

With a Real Estate degree in hand, Karel launched his career right away at Avenue — a testament to his ambition and eagerness to learn. As a Retail Consultant within the High Streets team, he combines his passion for real estate with a strong focus on people and collaboration.

Arthur throws himself into prospecting and retail investment transactions with full conviction. No lengthy run-up, just real conversations and real results from day one. With a sharp eye for the market and a drive to get deals done, he is a strong addition to any file.

Isabelle a powerhouse in highstreet rentals. Her experience, tenacity, and irresistible drive make her a valuable partner for clients who know what they want. A competitive “tough nut,” Isabelle effortlessly combines her strong character with a warm heart for her family.

Elena is a driven retail consultant with a passion for highstreet rentals. Elena thinks out-of-the-box and looks at files in our sector in an innovative way. This is how she grew from young potential to an established name!

Nore studied Innovation Management at Erasmushogeschool Brussel and discovered her passion for retail during an internship at Inditex. She brings a fresh perspective to the High Street Agency team and is always looking for ways to make things work better, faster or smarter. Nore knows the streets, follows the market up close and connects brands with the right locations, helping to shape the city centres of tomorrow.

Since April 2022, Isabelle has been bringing her infectious energy and determination to Avenue. Specializing in Out-of-Town Retail rentals, she works extremely hard to become the go-to person for retailers. Always eager to learn and never satisfied with a “no,” she is a vessel of energy that shines in her work every day.

Niels knows which retailers are expanding, and where. He joined Avenue in its early days and helped build it into what it is today. Years of sector experience go into every out-of-town letting, matching retailers with the locations that fit their next move.

Thomas joined Avenue as a Retail Consultant in the Out of Town Agency team, after getting to know the business from the inside as an intern. Entrepreneurship is nothing new to him: alongside his studies, he built his own drinks brand, ELYTE, turning an idea into a real business from the ground up. He brings that entrepreneurial mindset to the Out of Town team, where he gets closer to the market, builds his expertise and takes on more responsibility from day one.

Axelle is the link between real estate opportunities and investors. With a legal background and a keen understanding of the market, she is a trusted advisor to many family businesses. Her passion for real estate, combined with a personal approach, makes her a fixture at Avenue.

Jonathan brings a background in project development to his role in capital markets and investor relations. At Avenue, he found what he was looking for: transaction-driven pace, in-depth knowledge of assets, owners and tenants, and a team that knows how to close a deal.

After studying Commercial Engineering, Karel found his passion in the dynamics of real estate. With his experience at an international brokerage and a tech start-up, he wants to build a strong team at Avenue in residential real estate and become the point of contact for high-net-worth individuals and institutional partners.

Real estate is in Bert’s blood. After studying real estate, he built his career by getting to know the Belgian market from different angles: with developers and investors. At the same time perfectionist and social animal, Bert is someone you always want on your team, with incisiveness and team spirit.

Yves builds the foundations behind Avenue. With a sharp eye for strategy, branding, systems and culture, he makes sure ambition is actually executable. He brings structure where chaos threatens, creates momentum when doubt sets in, and guards the high standard Avenue holds itself to every day. Yves believes in people who take ownership, push boundaries, and build something bigger than themselves, together.

Astrid professionalises internal processes and HR policy within Avenue. She acts as a key point of contact and trusted sounding board for the team. With her sense of structure and people-first approach, Astrid fosters a warm, engaged and ambitious team that drives Avenue’s growth forward.

Tilde is the organisational heart of Avenue. With a strong sense of structure, pace and responsibility, she keeps the internal operations running smoothly and professionally. Decisive, committed and always one step ahead.

Pauline joined Avenue as Marketing & Office Assistant after studying Communication. She was looking for an environment where communication goes beyond creating content, and where marketing is closely connected to the people and business behind it. At Avenue, no two days look quite the same: she supports marketing, works on content and campaigns, helps organise events and projects, and keeps the office running behind it all.
