Your role

As Office & Operations Support, you are the backbone of our office and the key point of contact for daily operations. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in a well-organised manner. From this central operational role, you will have the opportunity, as your experience and insight grow, to provide more substantive support on files and projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing reception, welcoming visitors, and phone communications
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of the office
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the team and management across various areas such as marketing, events, communication, and finance.
  • Managing calendars, preparing documents, and structuring files and dossiers
  • Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners
  • Supporting, monitoring, and following up on internal projects
